Frequently Asked Questions

  • A few different factors go into determining the price, including how long it takes to make it, the materials used, and size. There may be some products that are similar in size but cost differently.

  • The jewelry (necklace chains, earring backs/hooks) that I buy are all listed as hypo-allergenic by the seller.

  • My products come from a pet-friendly environment (I have one dog and one cat). However, it is a smoke-free (including vape) environment.

  • In the US, orders should typically arrive in 3-7 business days. These orders will have tracking updates that will be sent to the customer's email.

    For orders outside of the US, the arrival time will vary by destination. These orders will have delivery confirmation.

  • Absolutely! Shipping costs for outside of the US are fairly higher than within the US.

  • If the item has not been used and is in good condition, I accept returns up to 30 days after the item was delivered. Refunds will be given upon the return of the item.

  • For US customers, if the package is shown to be lost in transit, I will offer reimbursement for the item.

    For customers outside of the US, there is unfortunately not a tracking option, so I am unable to offer reimbursement for lost items.
